the difference

the difference between babies and adults:

when a baby
has hobbit hair growing on her ears,

hangs out in her underwear and sticks her belly out,

sticks her tongue out at you,

sleeps for hours on end,

has chubby cheeks,

and looks like she is dressed up like a star wars character

it is cute.

if she were an adult these things would be unattractive, disrespectful, lazy and weird.

sure glad she's a baby.

i don't profess to be any good at taking pictures. it's not one of my gifts. having said that, minnie was looking so darling, that i decided to toss a blanket over her bouncer and snap a few shots.

keepin' it clean

turns out that bath time was kind of rough for awhile there. minnie would cry and scream. it was the kind of crying where the veins in her head would stick out. bath time made her unhappy. she would also end up messing all over me. yes, that is right folks, poo and pee. she has grown up quite a bit since then. as you can see in the picture, she is really enjoying herself. i think she started listening to me when i told her this was for her own good. i think the fact that we call it spa time instead of bath time helps too.

this is her victory pose. she had jaundice and had to lay on the bilibed with her arms strapped in. she would fight and fight until she got an arm out. she is a strong little baby, a trait i'm sure she inherited from her daddy.
